| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | i.Provide veterinary health services; ii. Conducting veterinary diagnostics in his workplace in accordance with the law; iii. Develop and manage plans to prevent, control and eradicate livestock diseases in its area; iv. Managing animal rights; v. Participate in wildlife disease research in its area; vi.Managing and coordinating compliance with the Diseases and Laws of Diseases, inspection of livestock and animal products and livestock inputs vii. Coordinate and supervise the operation of abattoir hygiene and meat inspection in its area of operation; viii.Preparing a veterinary health report in his workplace; and ix.Do to perform any other duties of his or her profession as assigned by his or her supervisor. |
| QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE | Employed with a Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine from Sokoine Agricultural University (SUA) or from another Government Recognized College who are registered with the Tanzania Veterinary Council |
