| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | i. Preparing plans for arbitrarily developed areas; ii. To prepare planning drawings; iii. To receive plans and information on land areas proposed to be developed for urban development; iv. Analyzing statistics and information for the preparation of new housing plans; v. To receive and keep records of requests for changes in land use and irrigation of plots; vi. To ensure that land use changes are included in the drawings.

| QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE | Employed with a Degree in one of the fields of Planning, from Land University or Universities or other Institutions recognized by the Government.
