General qualifications of the applicant:
• must be a tanzanian aged 18-60 (for other positions)
• be a resident of kibondo district council.
• be an active member of health insurance (chf or nhif).
• women will be given priority, (more than 50% of all employees will be women).

• must have completed primary education (7th grade) or higher and have a good ability to read and Write kiswahili.

Application and interview procedures
A: village level

• All applications for: sprinklers, pump technicians, washers, water fetchers and security guards will be coordinated by
• Village governments, application letters should be sent to the relevant village executive officer.
