Restaurant needs someone for preparing supplies and ingredients each day for use in the kitchen, as well as maintaining delivery and closing stock records for the restaurant. You will be expected to start your day at 8pm as the closing stock information will start to be sent to you at this time. You will enter delivery and closing stock information each day from 8pm until maybe 11pm or 12am when it's finished.

From there, you will be able to take your lunch break and then from 1am to 5am, you will begin preparing the needed ingredients for the restaurants production, as well as confirming the closing stock records for all the ingredients.

You will have to maintain proper organisation of the ingredients and supplies, as well as measure them out to be used for the next day.

Your normal daily routine will include

**Enter closing stock of shops product and supplies (8pm to 12am)

**Prepare kitchen order of production in system
(1am to 5am)

**Print production order
(1am to 5am)

**Prepare necessary ingredients and supplies for kitchen to use the next day.
(1am to 5am)

**Keep all ingredients correctly labeled and neatly organised.
(1am to 5am)

It's also certainly possible that you are able to finish earlier than this depending on experience and how large the orders are.
