i. Conducting light proceedings in court;

ii. Conducting High Court Appeal cases;

iii. Providing legal advice to the government under the supervision of Senior Advocates;

iv. Dealing with cases of generations, deaths, marriages and cases arising from inheritance in the Court;

v. Supervising the preparation of statistics regarding marriages, divorces, changes and annulments of marriages;

vi. Preparing texts on Laws that the Government/Law Reform Commission wants to be researched and amended;

vii. To research the Law; and

Employed with a first degree in Law (LL.B) from Universities recognized by the Government and successfully completed a one-year legal training at the Law School of Tanzania
