  • Lead and manage the work of the BerryDunn project team
  • Manage and build strong relationships with project stakeholders, including client contacts, project team members, vendor contacts, etc.
  • Manage and report on project status, progress, budget, schedule, quality, and resources
  • Facilitate and attend internal meetings with BerryDunn leadership, project leads, and the project team
  • Facilitate meetings with the client, team, and vendors to achieve project objectives
  • Mentor and develop project team members
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking project action items, issues, risks, and decisions
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and/or discussing project related deliverables.
  • Assist in defining, recruiting, and/or onboarding project resources.
  • Document and escalate of project area issues, risks, and/or decisions in a timely manner to BerryDunn leadership, the client, and other project stakeholders
  • Participate in staff/team meetings and trainings
  • Provide frequent, clear, and consistent communication to the client, team members, vendor, and direct reports

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or higher Advanced Degree - Healthcare / Healthcare Management a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), Eligibility and Enrollment Systems, and/or similar systems from commercial insurance or the HHS enterprise
  • Understanding of Medicaid and Health and Human Services and/or commercial insurance business and policy processes, including business process definition and documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the day-today activities of project team including making assignments and maintaining control over assignments, schedule, and performance of the project team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to liaise with State and Federal agencies
  • Knowledgeable in quality assurance/control procedures, strong documentation and reporting background, and demonstrated proactive problem management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a team setting
  • 5+ years experience working with Management Consulting

Preferred Qualifications

  • PM certification (PMP, etc.)
