JOB DETAILS:
JVACEE is a joint venture company of Arab contractor and El-sewedy Electric, dealing with the scope of Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Julius Nyerere Hydropower Project in Stigler’s Gorge in Tanzania. It is expected to produce 2,115 MW of installed Capacity. We are looking for the below mentioned positions to be filled immediately.
Position Title: Senior QC Electrical engineer-VSI

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• Assure the compatibility of welding process (before, during & after welding) with codes, standards, client specifications and approved procedures
• Witness WPSs. PQRs and WQTs for approval as well as
• inspection Test Plans and check lists for all major activities and review Method Statements prepared by site team
• Carrying out various onsite RFI (Request For Inspection) in co-ordination with Consultant and Clients as per Inspection and test plan/specifications
• Carry out a complete control on the welder performance
• Control of turbine .piping installation
• Turbine preassembly control
• Dimension control of installation items as well as surveying reports
• Handing over from construction to commissioning
