About the job

We're looking for an awesome inquisitive and analytical senior data scientist to develop and run with data-centered projects. You'll be challenged to harness your mastery of Data Science to consult on various aspects of projects, including the development of unique credit scoring algorithms, using default detection engines in order to secure loans, outlining and documenting work requirements, assigning tasks to junior team members, and monitoring performance within your team. As a Senior Data Science expert, you'll get the opportunity to have a prominent role in the development of junior staff.

Technically, you'll be expected to have demonstrable experience using Node.js, Python, CNN, LSTM, and Decision Trees. Ultimately, a successful Senior Data Scientist will use data-driven findings to inform, enable, facilitate expansion, and promote the company's growth and long-term success.

Skills For Success

• Create unique credit scoring algorithms as well as default detection engines in order to protect our loans.
• Lead the development and implementation data-driven strategies using statistical tools to ultimately inform and promote the company's expansion.
• Create and maintain documentation of work requirements and procedures.
• Assign tasks to junior staff, and monitor performance within the team.
• Top-notch senior data scientists will assume a prominent role in the development of junior staff.
• Harness your mastery of Data Science to consult on various aspects of these and other projects.
