Four our Aftermarket Sales department we are looking for a new Sales Enablement Manager.

As a Sales Enablement Manager you will provide a deep technical knowledge in an assigned portfolio and advice both sales organization and customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens products effectively.

How To Contribute To Our Vision

The Sales Enablement Manager will enable and support regional sales teams in selling more efficiently by offering expert assistance and:

  • Building knowledge on the product portfolio.
  • Giving training on the product portfolio.
  • Helping identify addressable fleet for key products.
  • Help with customer negotiations.
  • Promoting knowledge sharing, lessons learned and best practices across regions.
  • Helping identify and remove roadblocks in the sales process.
  • Helping supporting functions (Engineering, Operation, Product development…) get prepared and prioritize support to the key opportunities.
  • Products performance analysis.

The Sales Enablement Manager Will Also Assist The Regional Sales Organisation In Getting Sellable Products And Services That Bring Value To Their Customers By

  • Collecting regionals needs during the product development process
  • Helping shape the product requirements and value proposition.
  • Bringing aftermarket sales point of view to new developments
  • Bringing lessons learned from previous products.
  • Helping regions build the business plan for new products, segmenting customers, challenging hit rates...
  • Preparation of the sales documentation.
Required profile for job ad : Sales Enablement ManagerWhat You Need To Make a Difference

Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:

  • A motivating team player, who is resilient, answerable, and structured with excellent communication skills.
  • You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders.
  • You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment. Furthermore, you have a commercial mindset and acumen.
  • You have a master’s degree in Engineering or Economics.
  • You have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role in sales or pre-sales business.
  • You are an experience user of the Office package.
  • There is expected international travels for business, you should be open to it.
  • You are as a person curious and want to learn and contribute in the organization, as well as you are good at managing different stakeholders.
  • You know how to plan and prioritize the given tasks within the project. Moreover, it is essential that you had developed strong analytical skills.
  • It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
