Job Description

Preparing of itineraries and cost, deals with all enquries from the biggining until confirmed or lost as well as once clients arrived deals with briefing and debriefings.
Ensuring up keeping and daily updating of all the relevant information i.e. client’s allergies, picking time and landing off to the airport also dealing with last minutes changes.
Keeping management informed by submitting weekly work plans, sending weekly sells report and monthly.
Doing sales reseach through our competitors and use the data to improve our safari sales.
Representing the Company in various Safaris and tour exhibition and participating in safaries related events with the aim of maintaining our brand.
Performing other duties as it will be assigned by the management.
