CDEA seeks a qualified, passionate and capable Tanzanian team player to serve the arts community in Tanzania as a Programme Officer-Artist Rights. The selected candidate will lead CDEA’s think tank through research, policy analysis and policy dialogue, social justice programming with a focus on cultural rights, gender, climate change, and artists rights, legislative reform and monitoring and evaluation.
