How To Contribute To Our Vision

  • Own, manage and maintain global Onshore Logistics cost model, e.g. align & coordinate changes with global logistics engineering, regional logistics specialists and logistics procurement stakeholders
  • Ideate, document and drive improvements to the costing tool and to costing processes, e.g. improve cost-model validation process by supporting IT initiatives that enable digitalizing KPI tracking from execution
  • Offer first-level support and training to regional pre-sales managers
  • Support the Sales Business Approval process by validating offers
  • Support sourcing decisions with Total Cost of Ownership calculations and other company processes that rely on the Logistics cost model
  • Support the development of a learning global PM organization by identifying and implementing lessons learnt from execution

What You Need To Make a Difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • You like leading people functionally and managing change; you are excited to work in a global team;
  • You enjoy sorting out mixed messages and ambiguity and turn them into a clear status quo and an agreed to be state with defined deliverables and a plan;
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience (Logistics engineering, logistics project management, logistics pre-sales, change management)
  • Communicating with many different stakeholders in a structured and concise manner comes easy for you;
  • You challenge the status quo and work with different stakeholders on solutions constructively
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint is a must – Sharepoint, PowerBI and knowledge of data bases and PowerApps is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a must, intercultural experience and language skills beyond English are a plus, particularly Spanish
  • 1st hand knowledge of turbine technology and project execution in the wind industry are a plus
