i.Preparing information on development projects and plans, population, human resources, community development, sustainable environment, natural resources programs and investment and finance;

ii.Helping citizens to develop a participatory community plan;

iii. Identifying the priorities for social development, sustainable environment, natural resource programs and investment and finance;

iv. Preparing Environmental Impact Assessment (EV) Impact Assessment Reporting;

v.Collecting information for planning and budgeting;

vi.Collecting and keeping records of population and human resources; and

vii. To perform such other functions as may be assigned to him by his Chief of Staff.

• Employed with a Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Programs from Government-recognized colleges who have established themselves (Major) in one of the following fields; Regional Development Plans, Environmental Management Plans, Population and Development Planning, Investment and Financial Development Plans, Environmental and Urban Development Management, and Economic Development.
