Willmars Reinsurance Brokers Ltd is a local Reinsurance Broking Company approved by the Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority. The Company was incorporated in 2019 and is head quartered in Dar Es Salaam. Applications are invited from qualified and experienced candidates with proven track records to fill in the following position:
Position: Manager- Reinsurance
Reporting To: Managing Director
Number of Positions: One (01)

The Role:
This is a senior position, and the candidate must be familiar with all the aspects of Reinsurance Broking and the regulatory requirements. This includes handling of Treaty Placements, Facultative placements, Preparation of Reinsurance slips, liaising with insurance and reinsurance companies, Reinsurance Accounts etc.
Qualifications:
The Candidate should be a graduate from a recognized University. Preference will be given to candidates with a Specialization in Insurance and/or in Risk management
Experience:
A Minimum of 5 Years of Experience at senior level in an Insurance / Reinsurance / Broking firm handling Reinsurance.
