Qualification
• Postgraduate / diploma / diploma. government. Health Insurance Certificate Applicants should have a Diploma (ordinary diploma in nursing and midwifery) from a government recognized college and obtain registration from the Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council (TNMC)

Must be a citizen of East Africa Not be a Government employee.
Must have a qualification for the profession studied (Form Four, Six, Professional and Full Registration Certificate or a valid license to work for the profession he / she is applying for.
