Amafaina Microcredit is licensed under BOT Microfinance tier 2. We are hereby inviting experienced citizens of Tanzania to be part of our team in the position of Loan officers.

Responsibilities

1. Carryout intensive marketing activities in the area of operation
2. Evaluate Credit worthiness by processing loan application within specified limits
3. Appraise applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting Loans
4. Achieve Monthly disbursement target by 100%
5. Maintain clients loan repayments rate of 100% by enhancing the zero tolerance of arrers
6. Monitor daily repayments and maintain a high loan repayments quality and PAR 1day (Portfolio at Risk)
7. Responsible for insuring the Amafaina microcredit products and services are well understood by clients
