Invitation For Expression Of Interest - Prequalification Of Contractors For The Supply & Delivery And Installation Of Access Control Systems To Geita Gold Mining Limited (Ggml), Tanzania

I. INTRODUCTION
Geita Gold Mining Limited ("The Company") an AngloGold Ashanti's ("AGA") asset is located in north-western Tanzania, in the Lake Victoria goldfields of the Geita region, about 5km from Geita town.

The Company is in the process of procuring a service of installation of access control systems and is, therefore, inviting interested eligible suppliers to submit Expression of Interest for the supply of this service as detailed below

NB: The documents requested below must be submitted when expressing interest on this service/work. Qualified candidates will be subjected to anglo gold ashanti vetting process.

• Copy of 2021 BRELA search Registration Documents
• Copy of Company Memorandum and Article of Association
• Copy of Latest BRELA Application of Annual Returns
• Copy of TIN Certificate of Firm/company and VRN
• Copy of Current Business Permit/Trade license.
• Company Shareholding Structure (ownership of shares in percentage (%) Share certificates and Passport/Voter or National ID card for Management & Shareholders
• List of Directors
• Compliance with the Mining (Local Content) Regulations, 2018 by having Local Content plan - Approved by mining Commission

Financial position & terms of trade
• Audited & certified financial statements (2020-2021)
• At least 1 reference from the applicant's banker regarding supplier's credit position
Safety and environmental management systems
• OSHA Compliance Certificate
• Workers Compensation Fund Certificate/ any proof of compliance
• Environmental Management Plan/Programme/Policy
• Health and Safety Programme

Other policies
• Gifts/Hospitality/Sponsorship Policy/Procedure
• Policies/Procedures dealing with Forced and Child Labour
• Policies/Procedures dealing with Abuse, Discrimination and Harassment
• Grievance Procedure
• Human Rights Policy/Procedure/Programme

Past experience
• At least 3 names of the applicant's clients, value and duration of the contracts entered with the clients in the past two years (must be listed)
• Signed contracts/LPOs (proof of the above)
• Provide at least 3 recommendation letters from different clients

Technical criteria
• Approved Supplier and Installer of Cathexis surveillance equipment
• Approved supplier and installer of Axis Surveillance systems

• Approved supplier and installer of Proxim Wireless link equipment

• Approved Supplier and Installer of Centurion boom gate and TurnStar systems
• Approved Supplier and installer of Softcon Access control system
• Approved Supplier and Installer of Gallagher Power fencing equipment
• Approved Installer and Supplier of INTREPID Long-Range Microwave Link - Intrusion detection
• Watch manager approved technical personnel

Interested bidders must submit their expression Letters of Interest ("LOI") by quoting the SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND REFERENCE NUMBER (GOME01558, GGME01562, GGME01563) of the service they intend to express interest on THE SUBJECT OF THE EMAIL together with supporting information to GGML, which states the full name, address, telephone and e-mail address of the bidder, name of the principal contact, and signed by an authorized representative. The LOI must outline a statement of firm capability to provide the relevant Services, including similar contracts undertaken over the past three years. All LOIs and support documentation must be received by the GGML Office via e-mail at
