Job Description

Reporting to: FoM

Job Role: We are currently looking for a Human Resources & Administrative Intern for 3 Months to assist on the following;

Scope of work:

HR and Administration

  • Assisting with general administration work
  • Assisting in receiving staff information and file keeping
  • Assisting in time-sheet summary preparation
  • Liaise with finance team on issues pertaining HR
  • Supporting program staff on HR issues
  • Supporting asset registry
  • Ensuring office premises are clean
  • Assisting in Interview Scheduling and recruitment processes in general
  • Monitor annual leave, sickness and time-sheet records for all staf
  • Ensure full compliance of all administrative activities with HKI regulations, policies, procedures and strategies
  • Front office management Logistics & Vehicle management
  • Assist in Managing vehicle logbooks-control and filling, by ensuring thorough completion by drivers for each journey
  • Assist in Managing system to monitor and control fuel usage for vehicle and generators
  • Assist in organizing logistics including booking of flights and hotel reservations, arranging for transportation, review of travel authorizations, documentations and payments.
  • Assisting Fleet Manager on other tasks as requested

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human resources or any of its equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer Literate
