JOB DETAILS:
Key responsibilities for the role include:
● Recruitment of staff across a range of professional levels from associates to senior team leaders within defined Service Level Agreements and budgets.
● On-boarding and induction of new employees
● Ensure privacy of employee data and maintain up to date personnel files
● Provide timely payroll inputs for processing
● Delivering excellent information through weekly and/or monthly HR reports
● Oversee administrative functions to ensure seamless operation of a busy office this includes:
• Contacting and managing vendors to ensure proper service delivery
• Coordinate timely payments to service providers
• Order office supplies and equipment
• Ensure office is clean and presentable always
• Coordinate office repairs
● Compliance – Ensure compliance with local council regulations, renewal of business permits and other relevant licenses
● Office inventory management – Monitoring office lamps stock, placing orders from the
warehouse, keeping track of demo lights, and managing in house sales to staff
● Work with team members to arrange flights bookings, taxi and hotel reservations
● Manage work permits and entry visa applications for staff
● Receiving supplier invoices and verifying information on Supporting documents (delivery notes and supply requisitions-LPO) to establish the accuracy of delivered LPOs and initiate the purchase-to-pay process (P2P).
● Conducting due diligence on prospective suppliers to ensure quality
● Managing risk and maintaining a quality management system in the procurement unit.
● Receiving supplier invoices and verifying information on Supporting documents (delivery notes and supply requisitions-LPO) to establish the accuracy of delivered LPOs and initiate the purchase-to-pay process (P2P)

Requirements

● Have at least two years of Human Resources and Supply Chain Management experience,
ideally with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Procurement and
Supply Chain Management or related fields
● Have experience in supply chain management and have worked in the procurement unit
before
● Are honest, trustworthy, and possesses a high degree of personal integrity and
professionalism
● Are comfortable and experienced working in a multicultural environment
● Can clearly and straight to the point communicate with fluency in both written and
spoken English and Portuguese
● Are computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
● A solutions-oriented self-starter; comfortable taking on substantial work with limited Oversight
