Open Position : HR Manager (1 Nos.)

Responsibilities :

• Handle official and legal matters of the Company
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall
• business strategy
•  Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances
• or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
• across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high
• performance
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Salary per month : TSHS 1,200,000

Terms :

• Contract period : 1 year
• Food and Medical Insurance will be provided by the Company
• Working hours/days : Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 05:00 pm, Saturday – 08:00
• am to 01:00 pm (But sometimes can go overtime depending on nature)
• Eligible Nationalities : Tanzanians only

•  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human resource/Business Administration or any other related field.
• Must have at least 3 – 4 years of experience.
