About the Job:
This position is full time.
Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking to hire a Human Resource Manager for their Organisation.

As Human Resource Manager and Administrator, you will be responsible for processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in hiring process.

Responsibilities:
• Creating the HR department in a professional way and ensure that the company aligns with regulatory compliances.
• To be a professional HR and ensuring to develop vibrant team that facilitate to have exponential growth in coming years for the company.
• Creating JDs for existing and new positions in the company
• Coordinate with company Vision, Mission and Core Values documents preparation with company Directors
• Recruitment of new employees, conducting interviews and on boarding new hires and collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for the openings available.
• Coordinate with the company Directors in the preparation of the Employee
• Coordinate with departmental in the preparation of SOP’s.
• Identifying various training needs and development to our existing employees and new joiners.
• To keep a track on Management of leave, Loan, Advance and Medical
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, programs, and events to foster a positive work culture, enhance employee morale, and improve overall job satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring consistent and fair treatment across the organization.
• Manage employee performance evaluation processes, providing support in goal-setting, performance feedback, and career development plans.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of [3] years of progressive experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs.
• Solid understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
