Our client has a beautiful collection of luxury lodges in Tanzania in the most amazing location surrounded by lots of wildlife.

A popular destination with honeymooners and leisure guests, the property is accessible for 2 airports in Tanzania.  The client is looking to recruit a General Manager to run the property on a day to day basis.  This is a very hands on role and requires someone who has the following skills:

Good communicator an strong interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and works well as part of a team

Patience & self-motivation

This is a small destination and attracts guests from the UK, USA and Australia as well as other mainland Europe countries.  Your focus will be on increasing the standards of the property right across the board as well as creating the best guest experience possible.

We envisage the ideal person coming from a luxury background and presently at Operations or DGM level.  The client would hope that this person commits to 2 years at the property and it is important to note that this is a 6 day week.  You must have English as your first language to be considered for this role.

Package includes salary, own apartment, car, medical insurance and 4 weeks holidays per annum.
