6 Farm Manager

Responsibilities
• Maintaining Knowledge Of Pests And Diseases And An Understanding Of How They Spread And How To Treat Them.
• Maintaining And Monitor The Quality Of Yield, Whether Livestock Or Crops.

• Arrange The Maintenance And Repair Of Farm Buildings, Machinery And Equipment.
• Buying Supplies, Such As Fertilizer, Seeds And Other Farm Inputs.
• Planning Activities For Trainee Staff, Mentoring And Monitoring Them.
• Preparing Budgets And Reports.
• Keeping Financial Records Up To Date.
• Ensuring Maximum Profit.

Qualifications
• Diploma In Agricultural Sciences, Animal Production And Related Fields.
• At Least One-Year Field Experience
• Not Above 35 Years Of Age.
• Computer Application Skills
• Good Collaboration Skills (Team Player)
