Drivers Aqcuisition Supervisor

inDriver is an international ride-hailing service headquartered in Mountain View, CA. inDriver user base exceeds 100M users in more than 600+ cities in 45 countries.

We are increasing our team and right now we are looking for Driver Acquisition Supervisor.

This position is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Please notice that CVs in English will be considered primarily.

What you will do:

-management of activities related to offline recruitment & online recruiters;

-making reports about recruitment;

-preparing guidelines for recruitment and conducting trainings for the team;

-organizing the work plan, monitoring the implementation of this plan on time.

What we expect from you:

-professional level of English language;

-at least 1 year of experience in sales;

-analitical mindset;

-ability of efficient work in a team and manage the team;

-high level of responsibility;

-result orientation.

Working terms:

-stable salary;

-1 year contract;
