i.         Preparing an estimate of the required equipment (Schedule of Requirements);

            ii.         Organize the order of receipt of equipment;

           iii.         Collect and maintain data on receipt, handling and distribution of equipment. Managing the receipt, handling and distribution of equipment (Physical Distribution);

           iv.         Design a warehouse and storage system (Location Index Design);

            v.         Prepare various material reports;

           vi.         Calculate and report the value of the equipment in the barn in accordance with existing procedures;

         vii.         Prepare documents for receipt of equipment;

        viii.         Distribute goods to users (Distribute goods to User department and other users); and

           ix.         To perform such other functions as may be assigned to him by his Chief of Staff.

Applicant must have a Diploma / Diploma in Procurement / Supply from a Government Recognized College OR have a "Professional level Ill" issued by the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB) or other qualifications corresponding to that recognized by PSPTB, who is registered with PSPTB as a "Graduate Procurement and Supplies Professional".
