Job Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Personnel, Accountant, and Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our digital marketing efforts, managing our financial accounts, and creating and executing social media strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Personnel:
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement and ROI.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Accountant:
• Manage financial accounts and transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and procedures.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders.
Social Media Manager:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our audience and engagement across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, that aligns with our brand and voice.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages from followers.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, accounting, or social media management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
