We are an experiential marketing agency seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Client Service Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that all deliverables meet high quality standards. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in experiential marketing and a track record of delivering exceptional results for clients. You should be able to work collaboratively with team members to deliver projects on time and on budget, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage client relationships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute experiential marketing campaigns
  • Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional results
  • Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing or a related field
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
