ISRA Gold Company (ISRA) undertakes to offer employment to Tanzanian graduates of various disciplines, to take place at Geita, Tanzania, with the aim of "Enhancing Graduates Employability in Tanzania".

ISRA Gold Company (ISRA) is a subsidiary of ISRA International with operations throughout the various gold regions of Tanzania. The position stated in this advertisement is situated in Lwamgasa about 40km's from Geita Town Centre. The company has its head office in Mwanza. Applications are invited from ambitious, energetic and performance driven graduates to take up employment opportunities within the company and as mentioned below:

ISRA Supports Government Initiatives:

• ISRA Gold Company (ISRA) is been a strong supporter to the government initiatives to enhance graduates’ employability in Tanzania, and is working to implement internships and other graduate programmes.
• ISRA is working towards skills development in Tanzania by providing graduates with opportunities to work and gain work experience in various skills areas.
• The employment opportunity of this post is only open to graduates who wish to gain meaningful work experience that will complement their studies and provide them with experience that could help them gain access to the labour market.
• The employment opportunity offered herein is for a fixed term and there is no guarantee of any offer of employment on completion of the contract.
• At the minimum, the contract shall be an opportunity for suitably qualified post graduates and post graduate students to work independently and as part of a team and gain valuable experience along the way. Suitable outstanding applicants who complete their employment contract with ISRA Gold Company may be invited for application of full-term employ.

DURATION AND ALLOWANCE:

• The employment is implemented for three (3) month probationary period only and there is no guarantee of any offer of employment on completion.
• ISRA shall provide a monthly salary and cover all incidental accommodation and lodging costs.

 Eligibility:

• To qualify for this position,
• One MUST Be a: Tanzanian citizen
•  Be a Tanzanian graduate aged between 22 – 35 years;
•  Have completed a relevant Bachelor's Degree (NTA8).
•  Have graduated between 2005 and 2018
•  Be well spoken and have good interpersonal skills.
