Purpose of Position

• Business development in line with organisational goals and targets.
• Team Management:
• Deliver the service agreed upon between Stratostaff Tanzania and our Clients;
• Recruitment and placement of competent Associates in line with Client Service Level requirements;
• Maintain the organisation’s Statutory and Legislative compliance obligations thereby eliminating costly legal risks.

Key Performance Indicators

• Business Development: Increase the number of Clients and Associate headcount.
• Client Relationships: Build new Clients and Contracts.
• Profitability: Ensure financial viability through maintaining and/or increasing profit margins.
• Management of Cost to Serve: Operations Expenses and Client Contracts.
• Manage Operational Risks: Statutory and Legislative Compliance.
• Company Contribution.
