Nziza Global Tanzania is an internationally authorized professional training and software licensing center for professionals, companies and entities in architecture, engineering, construction and manufacturing.

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.
  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by engaging with private companies and government institutions, showcasing the value of our advanced training services in computer-aided: design (CAD), engineering (CAE), manufacturing (CAM), building information modeling (BIM), and Digital Twin software technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of B2B sales strategies, including setting targets, sales forecasting, and territory planning.
  • Qualifying leads generated by marketing to determine their readiness for the sales process.
  • Preparation and delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of the training programs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key B2B clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with B2B clients, working to close deals that are mutually beneficial.
  • Daily reporting on sales performance, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and KPIs, to company’s director.
  • Preparing questionnaire for client’s review/feedbacks at the end of every B2B training and writing their success story for website publication, plus pictures for social media posting on every training event.
  • Utilizing sales data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote professional training programs, aligning them with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and customer needs and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
  • Ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Analyzing marketing metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the professional training or technology sector for engineering and infrastructure.
  • High-level understanding of digital skill-gap in Tanzania and how our programs should be considered as a strategic solution.
  • Strong understanding of technical education, especially in CAD, CAE, CAM, BIM, and Digital Twin technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a record of accomplishment of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
