Job brief

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us increase our footprint in the EMEA region. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to hunt for and build out our business. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. You will report to the VP or SVP Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote N2S’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Building out your own sales funnel to ensure predictable forecasting.
  • Provide after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Required profile for job ad : Business Development ManagerRequirements and skills

  • 5+ years proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or equivalent.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Bringing a network is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HCM market: staffing & recruitment, AOR/EOR, Payroll.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
