We deliver leading SaaS technology and marketing services to give hoteliers the tools to increase revenue performance, bookings and efficiency, and provide their consumers the best services and experiences.

Currently, we are building a new Sales Team that will help us expand into new markets and customer segments, specifically in the Middle East, USA, and Asia, as well as focus on enterprise-level clients. This new structure, led by our Chief Growth Officer will operate in a start-up-like mode to enable its ability to pivot quickly and adapt to the market-specific needs as it goes. What will you do?

  • Build and maintain relationships with hotel brands/groups/chains, owners, and management companies to secure and expand our enterprise clientele.
  • Drive revenue growth by generating new business. Full management of the complex sales cycle and full deal ownership, often with multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of key customers and consistently seek new opportunities for our customers and qualified prospects.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, sales pitches and demos, to drive awareness and adoption of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to develop and execute account plans.

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of previous experience in a similar role focused on hospitality tech sales, preferably with focus on enterprise sales / hotel groups.
  • Sales hunter-mentality with a track record of being able handle your own pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a history of successfully closing enterprise-class deals.
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality tech and hospitality business landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot preferred.
