About the job

Clinical Statistical Programmers (Remote across US or EMEA)

Multiple Positions Available: Senior, Principal, or Senior Principal

I'm excited to announce that we are retained exclusively with a new client for a large-scale build-out over the coming months. The hiring manager is someone we have worked with several times over the last five years and is well-known for being not only a highly skilled Ph.D. statistician and mentor but also a visionary in the field. We share his enthusiasm for the plans to build something unique in the service provider space.

Our client's mission is to accelerate medicines and improve patient lives through their service offerings. Their strong focus on delivering high-quality work sets them apart and makes them truly unique. They are achieving this by building specialized teams alongside the more traditional areas of early phase and late-phase clinical support. These specialized teams cover pre-clinical, medical affairs, advanced analytics, CMC, manufacturing, PK/PD, and more.

As the first phase of this project, we are looking to expand the current team of Clinical Statistical Programmers with a mix of experienced hires who can work remotely from the US or EMEA regions. This company is paving the way for a new era in the industry and is dedicated to fostering a work environment that values work-life balance, creativity, hard work, and passion. Above all else, they offer opportunities for professional growth, allowing individuals to become true specialists in their respective fields. This is in contrast to feeling overwhelmed with too many projects and lacking the time or chance to focus on quality or specialize as their careers progress.

These roles require candidates with credible experience and expertise in clinical statistical programming at the Senior, Principal, or Senior Principal levels. It is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth of this exceptional organization at a pivotal time when you can truly shape the team culture moving forward.

Biometrics professionals in Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, or Data Management with what would usually be considered niche skillsets mentioned earlier are encouraged to reach out. There are likely to be roles available now or in the near future that align with their expertise. Whether you are a seasoned Senior Clinical Statistical Programmer or a Principal-level candidate seeking a new challenge, we invite you to talk with us to explore this exceptional opportunity further.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and validate statistical programs for clinical trial data analysis and reporting within traditional clinical statistical programming.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and specialized groups to ensure accurate and timely delivery of statistical outputs.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of programming processes and standards, aligning with the company's commitment to quality.
  • Review and provide feedback on statistical analysis plans and study protocols within specialized domains.
  • Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in clinical statistical programming within the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard statistical software and tools, such as SAS and R.
  • Strong knowledge of CDISC standards, including ADaM and SDTM.
  • Experience creating Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs) for clinical trial reporting.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Location: Remote (US/EMEA)

Note: This is a retained exclusive opportunity, and we are excited to partner with this client on their first round of hires. If you possess credible experience in clinical statistical programming and are interested in joining a company that values work-life balance, fosters professional growth, and offers opportunities for specialization, we encourage you to reach out and start a conversation with us.
