Job Summary:

The incumbent in this role is expected to provide strategic guidance on the Total Manpower for a business globally. Activities will include supporting the Annual Reward cycle, budgeting, benchmarking and annual review process along with Benefits, recognition and wellness portfolio. He/She will proactively partner with client-facing HR colleagues and business line management to identify and address compensation/ manpower issues.

 

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Work closely with the Business leaders to understand and strategise on building the Total rewards strategy and framework for the business.
  • Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation/Manpower issues including better understanding on nuances in each country, market positioning and appropriate programs needed in each location.
  • Work with global and country stakeholders to provide guidance on roles, comparator basket, specifications for custom compensation and benefits surveys with key industry contacts, as needed.
  • Proactively look for strategic compensation / Manpower solutions addressing needs of diverse sub businesses / countries that impact the entire business.
  • Evaluate and compare existing benefit and recognition programs both local and global to identify key differences and possible areas of alignment. Transforming existing benefit programs by recommending design changes that would work from Global, local cultural perspective and cutting through a diverse workforce.
  • Providing regular updates to the leaders and creating awareness for better understanding of TA practices and processes.
  • This will be a global role and the incumbent will work closely with Business leads across multiple countries to help execute the strategy of the business he/she will be supporting:
  • Accountable to build and tap existing networks for sourcing Talents globally.
  • Effectively partner with TA colleagues and business clients to manage, consult on sourcing / compensation and benefit-related issues.
  • Strategize and work to Identify, select and participate in compensation and benefits surveys to analyze the company’s competitive market position for each in-country location.
  • Talent Acquisition will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes for our clients and internal Team.
  • TA should also be knowledgeable about labor legislation. The ideal candidate is a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly.
  • TA will manage our recruitment to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company's current and future needs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
  • Keep track of complete operation (recruiting metrics, time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
  • Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
  • Recommend ways to improve our brand.
  • Coordinate with Clients to forecast future hiring needs
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and Clients about changes in regulations
  • Participate in job fairs and career events.
  • Excellent communication & Networking skills.
  • Willing to travel, to meet the clients.
  • Partnering with Parent Company talent acquisition team for shared use of tools and resources
  • Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases & software.
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
  • Identifying your organization’s & Client’s needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve business performance
