Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to scope, architect, design, and implement solutions using the monday.com Work OS.
• Construct wireframes and establish logical connections within software to determine the most effective data path.
• Enhance complex workflows using make.com (integromat).
• Develop a deep understanding of the monday.com apps and their integration within workflows, alongside our application development team.
• Utilize previous workflows and CarbonWeb suites to deploy "pre-built" solutions for clients.
• Push the boundaries of the monday.com Work OS by building intricate workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ hours of overlap with PST)
• minimum 3+ years of experience in SaaS as a technical professional service/implementation manager/technological consultant, specifically within the implementation of complex products.
• Proficient knowledge of Monday and familiarity with its functionalities.
• Strong understanding of APIs (GraphQL) and low-code/no-code API integration tools (Zapier/integromat).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with a minimum B2 level of English proficiency (Advanced, fluent verbal communication)
