We’re looking for hungry and ambitious Business Development Intern to join Cognived solution's Service vertical. You’ll be driving our growth machine, reaching out to businesses, meeting clients, pitching, negotiating and closing deals with businesses of all sizes.

Travelers: On the flip side, Travelers can turn their journeys into rewarding opportunities. By utilizing their extra luggage space, they earn while making international deliveries for Shoppers. It's a win-win scenario where both parties benefit.

We’re looking for a driven individual, a real hunter with experience of B2B selling who can turbo charge and drive the success of Cognived solutions service vertical. We need a superstar who knows how to sell. You’ll need to be driven, confident and ambitious. We’re moving quickly and this is an exciting role, one with great scope for growth and impact.

Location : Anywhere in Tanzania mainly in touristic area like Arusha and Dar es Salaam

Duration: 3 Months with Extension

Stipend: 303,951 TZS Sh. or 120$ per month.

Your day to day activities will include :

Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients for our SEO and software solutions services.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Lead prospecting efforts and negotiate with business stakeholders across industries.
  • Drive deal closures, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and deal closure.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with key stakeholders.
  • Understand and address customer needs and requirements.
  • Develop key clients and ensure a smooth transition to the account management team.
  • Market Feedback:
  • Work closely with the IT development team, providing market feedback on business solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of solutions based on industry needs.
  • Sales Forecasting:
  • Present accurate sales and revenue forecasts to the management team.
  • Keep the management team informed of progress and successes in your sales pipeline.
  • Market Insights:
  • Identify emerging markets, opportunities, and market shifts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and proactively respond to market changes.
Required profile for job ad : Business Development InternQualifications:

  • Fresh graduate from Management school with specialization in Sales and marketing
  • Be a hunter, driven to win and close deals every day
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self starter, who understands how to build and manage their own pipeline of opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language, with a strong confident personality
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise of selling business services into SME and large businesses
  • Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems
