JOB DETAILS:
A Business Administrator is responsible overseeing the day-to-day operation of a business. Business Administrator complete organization and management tasks that support the productivity and growth of an entire organization and its individual department or teams.

Responsibilities:

• Planning strategy for streamlining and improving business operation.
• Reorganizing staffs to expand operation in collaboration with human resource team.

• Handle business financial and plan the budget with the help of Finance and Accounting Team.
• Oversee marketing and promotion for a company’s products in collaboration with marketing team.
• Carry out all clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
• Manage data in spreadsheets, reports and help maintain the budget plan.
• Supervise other staffs and delegate responsibilities.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report for operation.
• Organize and schedule meetings and events.
• Provide office support including customers and employees relation.

Person Specification:
Experience:

• Minimum of more than 2-year experience in a similar role.
• Highly priority to person with experience on ELECTRONIC FISCAL DEVICES (EFD) Machine for Issuing TRA Legal Receipt and VFD System.
• The applicant must be a resident of those mentioned Regions i.e Mwanza, Mbeya and Dodoma (a Must)

Knowledge/Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven work experience in accounting or a related field.
• Understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
• Understanding of financial data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills.
• Proven experience in financial project management.
• Advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel.
• Must be able to communicate financial information into sound business language so people of all levels can understand.
• Deep understanding of finance and Business Operation
