i. Maintaining and arranging the equipment in the warehouse in a clean and safe condition.

 ii. Receive the equipment purchased from the bidders.

 iii. Opening and maintaining a "Bin card" for everything in the warehouse.

 iv. Opening a ledger (ledger) that will keep a record of incoming equipment, rewards and from various documents.

v. Provide equipment to customers and other users in accordance with existing procedures.

v. Ensuring that the warehouse and its equipment are maintained in a clean   and safe condition.

Employed with a Procurement/Supply Diploma from a government-recognized college or an equivalent qualification and must also be registered with the Procurement and Supplies Professional Technician Board (PSPTB) at the Full Technician level.
