ii) Encouraging Sustainable Growth in Water; 

iii) Promoting effective harvesting and storage of aquatic organisms; 

iv) Conducting aquaculture training; 

v) Supervise the collection, analysis and interpretation of aquaculture data; 

vi) To research or participate in aquaculture research activities as they arise in their workplace; 

vii) Inspect the quality of aquaculture products and ensure that they meet national and international standards; 

viii) Encouraging value addition in aquaculture products, to enhance its trade and marketing; 

ix) Collect revenue from aquaculture products; and 

x) To perform other duties of his or her profession which shall be assigned to him or her by his or her supervisor.
