Tanzania Revenue Workers Union (TAREWU) is a trade union registered under the Laws of Tanzania. It was established with the view of strengthening unity, managing and defending revenue workers’ rights and interests in the workplace. TAREWU invites innovative, performance driven, dynamic and suitable qualified Tanzanians to fill the following three vacant posts:

Administrative And Members Welfare Officer (1 Post)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Secretary General in executing day to day activities of the Union;
Attend and advise on members labour relation matters and grievances;
Prepare Union members’ and staff welfare programs and plans;
Perform all administrative functions of the Union;
Perform any other duty as assigned by Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPIRIENCE AND SKILLS

Holders of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields; Human Resources Management, Law, Public Administration or equivalent qualification from recognised institution with working experience of at least 2 years in related field.

REMUNERATION: TAS 3

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Applicant must be a Tanzanian citizen with age not above 35 years;
