Responsibilities:
- Manage Consumer Sales in Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Uganda)
- Defining sales strategy, pricing and brands promotion (consumer brands)
- Liaise and manage the relationships with retail partners
- Responsible to set up and lead execution of goals, KPI targets for focus groups under management and ensuring achievement of targets
· KPI Management required by company, PSI, projects, ROI, cost control
- Manage further Sales development
Requirements:
- Master degree
- Successful experience in a similar position from 3 years (consumer electronics)
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience of Information and Communication Technology products, accessories consumer products either in retail or distribution to consumer RTM;
- Experienced in product matrix set, and product placements to retail chains;
- Experienced with PSI (purchase, sales, inventory) planning and effective management;
- Highly organized and structured, good analytical skills;
- Working experience on an international landscape;
- Able to communicate equally with internal & external partners to gain commitment and support;
- Fluency in English
