ii.Preparing the order of receipt of materials;

iii.Preparing and maintaining data on the receipt, handling and distribution of equipment;

iv. Managing the receipt, distribution and handling of equipment (Phisical Distribution); 

v.Design a warehouse and storage system (Location Index Design); 

vi.Preparing various material information; 

vii. Calculate and report the value of the equipment in the barn in accordance with existing procedures; 

viii.Preparing documents to receive materials

ix.Providing supplies to users (Distribute goods to user Department and other users; and

x.Doing other duties assigned to him or her by his or her supervisor.

• Employed with a Bachelor's Degree / Higher Diploma in Purchasing or Supply from a Government Recognized College or with a "Professional level Ill" offered by the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB); be registered with PSPTB as a "Graduate Procurement and Supplies Professional".
