o To setup Company strategic goals and make sure they are measurable and attainable
o To setup and groom company team

o Acquisition of new Clients
o To increase shareholder’s value i.e. Revenue/Profit
o To secure working capital through credit guarantee scheme from different financial institutions
o To pay existing Company liabilities for tax and other Company loans.
o To act as a point of contact for communication on behalf of the company inside and outside.
o Leading the development of the Company’s short- and long-term strategy
o To asses company risks and ensuring they are monitored and minimized
