A Small, first growing Tours and safari company based in Arusha is seeking to recruit a qualified Tours and Safaris Consultant, to be based in the Arusha office.

The successful candidate will be at least a Diploma or Bachelors Degree Holder of Tourism Management, or any other tourism related degree.

He / she will have excellent command in written and spoken English language.

Fluency in a second foreign language like French & German will be an added advantage.

At least one year experience will be an added advantage but not a requirement.

He / she will be required to be Punctual, hardworking, and have ability to self-supervise.

Duties Included but not limited to:

• Prompt responding to online inquiries by email, WhatsApp and Live Chat.
• Closing sales with clients, issuance of invoices and making following upon payments.
• Creating Clients files and maintaining them from booking confirmation to departure of clients.
• Reservations of accommodations and flights
• Providing free advice and consultation to clients
• Meet and greet, Briefing & Debriefing when required to do so.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
