- Making sure all personnel have arrived on time
-Be flexible enough to work different shift patterns as per the managers request (they can be day or night shifts)
-Ensuring that receptionist have logged in all online booking reservations and assisting them that all online payments have been paid and advising them throughout all modes of payments made.
-Handling all Operational matters alongside the General Manager i.e. checking the cleaning charts/reports, ensuring the breakfast list is sent to the kitchen punctually.
-Learning and Understanding all Lodge's safety protocols and policies and be ready to communicate this to guests and staff members when required.
-Quality checks for rooms before guests are ready to check in, check breakfast before it goes out to guests.
-Stock taking for all food and beverages such as breakfast items and bar drinks. All room essentials also need to be counted.
-Complete an inventory list every week for the manager
