About the role

We are seeking a seasoned (Freelance) Systems Integration Specialist to join our HR Systems implementation project. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in programming interfaces and building APIs to integrate Greenhouse ATS and DATEV with SAP Successactors via the Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Tool. This role will also involve undertaking implementation management, provisioning, super admin duties, and consulting services. It requires in-depth knowledge of the specified systems and thee ability to provide actionable, strategic solutions.

What you will do

• Design and develop interfaces betweenGreenhouse,Date, and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Construct APIs to link these systems via the CPI tool.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to diagnose and rectify issues, optimizing system performance.
• Handle the overall management of the implementation process, ensuring all systems are correctly integrated and functioning optimally.
• Perform necessary system provisioning.
• Carry out super admin responsibilities, providing high-level system oversight and control.
• Offer expert consultation on various aspects of the project, presenting strategic advice and technical solutions.

The skills you bring

• Extensive experience with Greenhouse, DATEV, and SAP SuccessFactors systems.
• Proficiency in the use of the CPI tool.
• In-depth knowledge of API integration and interface programming.
• Skilled in implementation management and system provisioning.
• Capable of performing super admin tasks.
• Excellent consultancy skills, with a proven track record in delivering effective solutions and strategic advice.
• Relevant certification in SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central (EC), Time Tracking. Onboarding, and Offboarding.
• Outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Note: This position is remote and project-based. Candidates must be comfortable with flexible working hours and potentially working across different time zones (we are based in the DACH region).
