Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive commercial strategy, aligned with the client's overall corporate objectives.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for a high-caliber commercial team encompassing sales, marketing, and business development professionals.
  • Oversee the achievement of ambitious revenue growth and market share expansion objectives across all product lines and therapeutic areas.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the European pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
  • Spearhead the development and execution of impactful marketing and sales programs to generate product awareness and demand.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and identify new market opportunities within the European landscape.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to ensure unwavering adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements.

About You:

  • A minimum of fifteen years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with a demonstrably successful track record in a senior commercial leadership role.
  • In-depth understanding of the drug delivery solutions and parenteral packaging market.
  • Proven expertise in sales, marketing, and business development best practices.
  • A distinguished history of developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A collaborative and results-oriented work style.
