We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT support engineer who will be responsible for installation and maintenance of workplaces, networks, office equipment and related software to ensure effective and efficient operating of IT environment and smooth operations for customer’s business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain all required hardware and software.
  • Manage workplace hardware (PC/laptop) and office equipment.
  • Manage, maintain, and update onsite and customer site copiers, printers, and scanners.
  • Configuration of Microsoft products (Windows, Office 365 client).
  • Resolve user OS and workplace issues locally and via remote access tools.
  • Receive support requests, diagnose the problems and work on solution to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintenance of local networks and conduct network troubleshooting to segregate and identify general network problems with the ITSM solution.
  • Ensure all applications changes follow the IT change management process.
  • IT business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions.
  • Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and improve deployed solutions and IT processes.
  • Take part in creating and updating IT processes, regulations and technical documentation.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a position of IT support/administration.
  • Proven experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of workplace hardware (PC/laptop), local networks, office equipment and related software.
  • Proven experience in MS products (Windows, Office 365) administration and configuration. Experience in working with Azure and/or AWS cloud will be an advantage. Microsoft O365 or Azure certifications will be also an advantage.
  • Experience in working with and administration of the ITSM solution.
  • Professional Certificates preferred.
  • Excellent English is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters/ Bachelors in Information Technology
  • Fluent English, other languages is a plus
