We are looking for a dynamic individual who loves to build strong relationships with Senior Level Executives and top HR leaders globally, to help them solve their talent needs. As an Executive Search Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to build your portfolio of business through your existing network or new contacts. You will oversee your client accounts and projects but will have the support of our experienced research and recruiting staff to help you successfully identify top talent for each search you bring to the business. Our structure will allow you to focus on developing business and managing your client relationships while the inside team covers all the administrative and sourcing responsibilities. Unlimited earning potential and you will enjoy the flexibility of having a remote office and wide-open territory.

Title: Business Partner

Location: United States - OR- Europe

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and build long-lasting relationships with your existing client base
  • Support hiring managers with talent acquisition process, coach as needed. Provide expert level hiring guidance to client companies
  • Collaborate and consult with the clients in defining job requirements, corporate culture fit and the candidate's competencies
  • Conduct short listed candidate interviews prescreened by your internal recruiting team
  • Help generate and present C.O.I. solutions to client’s search needs
  • Define, communicate, and implement a compelling customer value proposition which will support your ability to meet established sales quotas and revenue goals
  • Develop and lead presentations to potential clients
  • Research, develop & maintain sales & marketing plans
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of activities, industry trends & government regulations
  • Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers
  • Communicate openly, honestly and constructively

Qualifications and skills

  • Experience and ability to creatively identify and obtain new business and drive individual sales strategy supporting company goals
  • Ability to partner with companies C-Level Executives and HR Leaders
  • Tenacious, day-in/day-out drive to exceed business goals
  • Career in a leadership role including experience in talent acquisition
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Previous Executive Search or HR experience preferred, or extensive hiring experience from senior level
  • Ability to influence and persuade others to achieve desired outcomes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills
  • International citizen or experience working with a global company
  • Language: English + Local Languages (German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish etc.)
