Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager - Sportsbook with a deep understanding of the sportsbook and igaming industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and beyond. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver a world-class product that exceeds customer expectations and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the Product Strategy: Define the strategic vision and roadmap for our sportsbook, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
• Conduct Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Define Product Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear and concise product specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
• Drive User Experience: Advocate for a user-centric approach, leveraging user feedback and data to inform product decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
• Monitor Performance: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and success metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and roadmap to internal stakeholders and senior management, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment across teams.
• Compliance and Regulatory Considerations: Ensure that the sportsbook products adhere to relevant compliance and regulatory requirements, collaborating with legal and compliance teams as necessary.
• Stay Abreast of Industry Developments: Maintain a deep understanding of the iGaming landscape, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, applying knowledge to drive product innovation.

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on sportsbook and casino products within the iGaming industry.
• Strong Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sportsbook operations, including knowledge of odds, betting markets, game mechanics, and player behavior.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with web and mobile technologies, APIs, and software development processes, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data-driven decision-making and experienced in leveraging analytics tools to gain insights and drive product improvements.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and develop innovative product strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities, and driving projects to successful completion.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities and the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
